About the Project

easyrec aims to provide low/no barrier personalization for anyone. easyrec is not another recommender algorithm framework for expert users but a scaleable, ready to use personalization solution intended for being integrated in real world applications. easyrec is a free software initiative of the research studio Smart Agent Technologies of the Research Studios Austria Forschungsgesellschaft mbH.

The researchers and developers at the research studio Smart Agent Technologies feel confident that providing software for free is the best way to spread ideas discuss approaches and to improve techniques and solutions. As a consequence easyrec is open source.
